Hampton Roads Chamber Players is a 501c3 non-profit that relies on the help of volunteers, patrons, sponsors, and members from our music community.
Concert Program Advertisements
Hampton Roads Chamber Players is offering purchase of program ads in all regular HRCP concert programs. Proceeds will go towards the expenses needed with providing the students with an enriching musical experience, expenses including hiring coaches and scheduling extra performance and outreach opportunities.
Download and complete the advertisiment form and submit along with a check made to Hampton Roads Chamber Players, to Jorge Aguirre or Christopher Taylor during a Sunday evening rehearsal or another in person event. You may also submit the form by email, and deliver the check separately.
Sponsorships
Music education is important to students and we are always looking for businesses to help promote and provide opportunities for students to grow and exceed through chamber music. We offer sponsorship packages and in-kind donations. For more information, please contact us.
Scholarships
We offer a scholarship program to students to help offset the costs. Scholarship donations help give the gift of opportunity for our students to learn and grow as a musician. If you are interested in donating towards our scholarship program, click on the donation button and include “Scholarship” in the notes area when completing your donation.
Volunteer
We have dedicated parents and board members that we rely on to help us run and manage our organization, but we are always looking for extra help. There are several opportunities for volunteers to help with our programs, concert setup and fundraising. Contact us if you are interested.

Societies
Hampton Roads Chamber Players is doing a donation program where all donations will be shown under each of the following Societies in all programs of every regular HRCP Fall/Winter 2021 performance. Donations are a vital part of keeping HRCP going, as all proceeds will go directly to the expenses needed to create enriching musical opportunities, such hiring coaches for every instrument and having performances.
On the following page, you will find the form to fill out along with your donation. In addition to having your name in the program, you may choose exactly how you want your name to look. You may include your child’s name in the donation, have it be in honor or memory of someone, have it be just your family’s name, or make the donation anonymous. Please submit the form along with a check donation (made to Hampton Roads Chamber Players) or cash to Jorge Aguirre or Christopher Taylor at rehearsal.
